Copyright & Intellectual Property

This page explains how copyright is treated between authors and InkStone Literary, and how the material on this website may be used.

Your work

Authors retain full copyright in the work they send us and in the work we help them produce. Our involvement does not create a claim of authorship or ownership.

Where ghostwriting is engaged, authorship and copyright are assigned to you under the terms of the project agreement.

Our website

The InkStone Literary name, logo, page copy and design are the property of InkStone Literary and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-party rights

Where a project involves quoted text, images or other third-party material, responsibility for securing permissions rests with the author. We can advise on what may require clearance.
